Hippo Birdie Card
Hey, all! I have a cute card with Miss Ink Stamps products to wish someone a very hippo birdie! I love a good pun - especially when it involves little cuties like these!

I used the Diamond Fade 3 Stencil along with some Lovely Lavender Glitz Glitter Gel to create a pretty, sparkly background. I colored the Streamers Stamp Set as well as the bird and a hippo from the Hippo Hooray Stamp Set and popped them up right under the streamers. It's a simple little scene, but I think it's adorable!

Hey all! Lisa here and today I'm playing with painting with glitter! It's a technique that Heidi from Miss Ink introduced me to and I've been playing with it this month. I'm not sure if I've used it as it was intended, but I sure have been having a lot of fun! Today I've used it lots to add some sparkle and shimmer to my icy creation using the Say Cheese and Calm and Bright stamp sets along with the Diamond Fade Stencil 3!

Mixing It Up With a Diamond Fade Background

Lisa here and I'm sharing a card today with a pretty background I made using the Diamond Fade Stencil 2, some Distress Oxides and Gold Pigment Ink.
I started by using Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Faded Jeans and Wilted Violet Distress Inks and blended them together in a random pattern onto my background panel. Then I used the stencil and applied some Dusty Concord and Faded Jeans through it in a diagonal pattern and lightly fading in some areas.
