Effortless Masculine Valentine's Day Card with Minimal Tools

Hello crafty friends; it's Rick back with you again this week to share an effortless masculine Valentine's Day Card using minimal tools.  Just so happens the minimal tools I picked to use for today's card are all new products from this month's release.  For  my card I am featuring the Robot Life Stamp Set, Post Marks Stamp Set, Need Input Stencil, and the SWAK Postage Hearts Dies.

I started out my card by ink blending the Need In Put Stencil over three different shades of pink smooth cardstock.  When stenciling like this it's best if you clean the stencil in between application of each color of ink between switching cardstock colors.  Also you want to flip and rotate the stencil to get different looks onto each piece of cardstock.  I then used the heart dies from the SWAK Postage Hearts Dies and cut out hearts from each color, some that have the stencil background and some that were solid colored.  On one of the solid colored hearts I stamped the robot from the Robot Life Stamp Set and colored it with alcohol markers.  I then cut out the outside edge of the hearts using just white cardstock and layered the two together.
Next I took the images from the Post Marks Stamp Set and stamped across my hearts. I also used the images from this Stamp Set and added some additional hearts to some of the images.  I layered the die cut pieces onto a piece of matching pink cardstock and layered that onto a Kraft card base.  I then cut off any pieces of the hearts that were over hanging the edges.  I finished off the card by adding a few white gel pen highlights.

Thanks for dropping by today I hope that you have a creative week and that you give this card a try.  Happy Crafty my friends.
