Fun with Heirloom Blooms!

Fun with Heirloom Blooms!

Hi folks,

The new stencil release at Miss Ink is definitely making me stretch my supplies and think of other fun ways to use stencils! If you have been following my work, you would know that I rarely use stencils in my cards. Nevertheless, I am having so much fun with the new delicate stencils!

Today's card is super easy to recreate!  I first started of with an A2 base of linen colored cardstock with a 3.75"x5" inch white cardstock. I then ink blended using the new Heirloom Blooms stencil using shades of teal, green, yellow and orange ink. I also ink blended again using the same colors but without the stencil. I then cut them into three different strips and placed them diagonally as shown above. I then finished it off by stamping a sentiment from Fall Bouquet on a circle die cut. That's it! Wasn't that simple? I love the entire geometric look of the card and this is definitely going to be one of my go to designs for a quick card!

I hope you liked this fun easy tutorial... Stop by tomorrow for more inspiration!

Thanks,

Kavya
