Hip Hippo Hooray

Hip Hippo Hooray

Hello and welcome back to Miss Ink Stamps blog! Silvia's here today sharing some inspiration from the new release with you.

I die cut a stitched 4,25" x 5,5" rectangle from white cardstock. I used a circle masking stencil to create my inky background and I blended with mermaid lagoon, blueprint sketch, antique linen and walnut stein Distress Oxide inks. I then splattered mermaid lagoon, blueprint sketc and picked raspberry Distress Oxide inks and a some gold paint (all loosened with water) on the whole surface.

Next, I stamped images from the "Hippo Hooray" stamp set with black ink, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them.

I put everything together with liquid glue, I added the setiment with white and blue card stock and that's my card.

Thank you so much for passing by today and I hope you enjoy the project.

Big hugs, silvia.
