Hello! It's Kari back with another card and video to share, this time using some NEW sets from Miss Ink Stamps. Today I'm creating an I Heart New York postcard card!
I start with the Skyline in the City Life stamp set...which has the Statue of Liberty and many famous skyline buildings!
Next, I cut it out with the postage frame in the Postage Seal and Shaker Collection die.
I love the I Heart NY stamp in this City Life stamp set, and I wanted to create an I Heart NY sweatshirt using this gal from Fashionista! Watch the video to see how I made it work!
I inked on a "cloudy sky" using just what was on my blue blending brush (not adding any additional ink). Then I inked on the Leafy Swirls stencil on the bottom of the panel.
The fun Lip Die cuts are from the SWAK Postage Hearts die set. I think they add just the right touch to this postage card!
