Hi there and welcome back to the Miss Ink Stamps Blog. It’s Cassie Trask, back with another video tutorial to share with you. Today I wanted to make a simple background to really show off how cute the new No Doubt stamp set is. I started by spraying my background with some shimmer sprays, and when that was dry, I added some paste through the Fancy Shells Stencil.
