I started making an easy striped background with elements I had on my desk already. Then I cut it out with the Oh Happy Day Frame die set.
Next, a sweet little image and a friend from the Some Pig Stamp set!
The Faux wax seal makes a perfect Blue Ribbon, with a "1" I fashioned from the Modern Typeset Frame Die Alpha using the letter L.
A Rose gold Frame and a sentiment from this Stamp Set brings the whole card together. I hope you enjoy!
