Happy birthday to you

Hello crafty friends!!!! Silvia's here and I'm so excited to take part to this amazing collaboration between Miss Ink Stamps and Therm O Web!!!!

I started making my card cutting a 4,25" x 5,5" rectangle from Gina K Designs Sandy Beach mid-weight cardstock and I used the "Circular Harlequin" stencil to apply Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo. I let it dry all night and the day after I put a gold Deco Foil transfer sheet over it and I passed it through my die cutting machine....it was my first time with this incredible technique and I was so excited peeling off the transfer sheet. I darkened edges with gathered twigs Distress Ink and I splattered with some gold Nuvo mousse loosened with water.

I then cut a strip from the same Gina K Designs cardstock, I heat embossed in gold the happy birthday sentiment from the "Unbirthday" stamp set and I ink blended edges with a light touch of brown ink. 

I put everything together using iCraft 3D foam strips and that's all. I really hope you'll enjoy this card as much as I do.
