ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible, and cannot make any changes to an order once it is placed.  We are also not able to cancel orders. 

RETURNS
We do not allow returns. If you receive a defective product, please email us at customerservice@missinkstamps.com and we will replace it (US) or refund it (outside US).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

It's a big, big world out there, and privacy and tax laws are very complex.  If you don't see a shipping option for your country, then we're still working on compliance and can't ship to you at this time.  Please check back soon, email us, or buy our products from Simon Says Stamp.  

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  We may experience longer turn-around times during sales or periods of high volume.  You will receive a notice and tracking information (if applicable) when your order has shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout.  We cannot guarantee delivery unless your address is correct at the time your order is placed.

Orders shipping within the continental US are shipped by USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the method you choose during checkout.  Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by our choice of carrier and class. 

Please note that your order under $75 is only insured if you purchase USPS Priority shipping, and by choosing any other shipping method you accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves Miss Ink, we are unable to assist with lost or stolen packages unless insured through Priority shipping.

We do not have a retail storefront, but can arrange for local pickup (by appointment) as a no-cost shipping agreement.  Arrangements for local pickup must be made prior to placing your order.  You will be charged shipping during checkout for orders under $75, but it will be refunded within 24 hours of pickup and may take 7-10 days to show back to your payment method.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or International Priority (options may depend on country).  Free shipping is not available for international orders.  Please note that international orders are subject to duties, taxes, brokerage and other various fees not listed here, as designated by your country's policies, and Miss Ink Stamps LLC is NOT responsible for these fees.  These fees are assigned at customs and are the responsibility of the receiving party.  We are required by law to accurately report the value of your package and cannot alter the value or mark the package as a "gift" to avoid fees.

Should you refuse a package for any reason (domestic or international), all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return. 

ANGEL POLICY

We are delighted that you love Miss Ink stamps and want to share your creations.  Personal use of our products is unlimited.  

All commercial use of our products (eg. Etsy, craft shows) must follow these terms and conditions:

  1. Our images must be hand stamped, may not be digitally altered, and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted.
  2. Stamped images and die cuts may not be sold, swapped or otherwise distributed.  They must be used in the creation of finished product.
  3. Our images may not be used for logos, trademarks, or promotional materials.
  4. Wherever possible, Miss Ink Stamps, LLC copyright should be credited.
