Dazzle Dust Rainbow (Video)

Hello! It's Kari here today with a video sharing how to make a Dazzle Dust Rainbow. This Rainbow Builder Stencil set is one of my favorites, and it's made EVEN BETTER with some Dazzle Dust. Today I'm using Moody Blues Dazzle Dust and a technique that will make sure your glitter doesn't rub off!

I love this Dazzle Dust in Moody Blues...it has a color shift to it of blues and greens when you move it in the light! So so pretty!
