Hello, it's Kari. Welcome to Wonderland...today I have a Gift set of Alice cards to share! These are some of my favorites to create! Watch the video below or on YouTube:
I created a whole set of 6 cards for a gift set. These are perfect for someone who loves to read or who just loves Alice!
I started with the Hi Swirl Frame die and cut a bunch of ribbon frames from mirror cardstock, glitter cardstock, and pearl cardstock.
Did you know the Hi Swirl Frame die has a MATCHING stencil that works so great to stencil a background AND place the ribbon frame easily?! Watch the video to see how it works!
I masked off the bottom of the stencil to create the floor with the Wonky Checkers stencil, which is an iconic look for Alice cards. The top portion of the cards I first inked up in rainbow colors and then used the following stencils to ink on another layer of ink over the top: Sparkles, Alice Background Stencil Pack, Pick a Card, Cheshire Smiles.
I pulled in a variety of Alice stamp sets for these cards, which I listed and linked in the video description at YouTube.
Of course I had to include some mini die sets! I used Lots of Letters mini die set, Key to My Heart dies, and those circles are actually out of the faux wax seal from the Postage Seal and Shaker Collection die.
