Gnome Kidding...Spiced Friendship Tea Gift Giving!

Gnome Kidding...Spiced Friendship Tea Gift Giving!

Hello there Miss Ink fans!  It's Kerry here, and I'm back to share a fun little treat box I created and filled with some YUMMY homemade Instant Spiced Tea...It's the perfect treat to warm you up during these cool fall nights and will carry you into the festive season!

I wanted to feature the adorable Pumpkin Spice Gnomes but only needed a tiny card for my project.  NO PROBLEM!  I just cut my paper to size and positioned the stamp perfectly on the paper to create the exact image alignment necessary to make this mini card POP!

I stamped and then colored the adorable image using my Copics.  I used a TON, as usual.  Anyway, when I was happy with the coloring, I mounted this image onto a gray piece of cardstock and then onto a light blue piece, and then onto a small pumpkin colored cardstock base.  I then punched a little hole in the corner so that I could attach it to the box using some black twine.  I had attached some black seam binding to the box to secure the tea inside, so it was quick and easy to just tuck my mini card onto the "ribbon" by tying it with twine.

If you're interested in making your own Spiced Friendship Tea (my grandma called it "Russian Tea" for some reason), I highly recommend this recipe for gift giving.  It's super delish so make some for yourself too!
