Hello crafty friends!
Silvia's here today sharing with you my very first post as Miss Ink Stamps DT member and I'm truly so excited!!!
For today's card I decided to play with the super cute piggies from the "Punny Farm Pigs" stamp set and the lovely background from the "Rise and Shine" stamp set.
I started cutting two 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" rectangles from white cardstock and I ink blended them with tumbled glass, broken china and faded jeans Distress Oxide inks on top and mowed lawn, evergreen bough and walnut stein Distress Oxide inks on bottom. I splattered with clean water first and then with tone on tone inks and gold watercolor loosened with water and I let it dry.
I then used one of the die in the Trinity Stamps " Lift the Flap" die set to die cut a flap on the front panel and I stamped the background landscape from the "Rise and Shine" stamp set in black on the other panel.
Next, I stamped images from the "Punny Farm Pigs" stamp set with black ink, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.Ā
I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape and that's all.
