Hello crafty friends, DT Randy here, welcome back to the blog. Today, I am sharing a card I created for all capybara and coffee lovers. I call it being: capy-nated
I first stamped out the images from the Oh Capy Day and the Caffeinated Critters stamp sets. I then used Copic markers to color the images.
I took the coordinating die sets for the Oh Capy Day and Caffeinated Critters and die cut them out.
I then took an A2 panel and ink blended it with Saltwater Taffy, Dried Marigold and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxides. I then took the Coffee Rings stencil and blended Worn Lipstick, Ripped Persimmon and Villainous Potion Distress Oxides over the panel.
I took another A2 panel and trimmed down the bottom quarter. I then took the sentiment from the Coffee Philosophy stamp set and stamped it onto the portion.
To assemble the card, I adhered the sentiment panel onto the background with liquid adhesive. I then adhered the capybaras and their coffee cups onto the panel with liquid adhesive and foam tape.
