Hello everyone! Justin here, and sometimes I just want to pop a random card in the mail to check on a friend! I had this idea to use the Wolf Pack stamp set with our new Diagonals Masking stencil to make a "howl you doin'? greeting card.
I colored up one of the wolves from the Wolf Pack stamp set with Copic Markers and then fussy cut my image out.
For my background, I took a 4.125" x 5.375" piece of blending cardstock, placed the Diagonals Masking Stencil on top, and blended up Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn & Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Inks. I removed my stencil, repositioned it, and then blended up the 3 colors again. I splattered the panel with some Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink as well.
I took an A2-sized piece of kraft cardstock, placed the Aster Tapestry stencil over it, and blended over with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I adhered my Diagonal Masking panel on top of it.
Next, I die cut a circle from white blending cardstock from my stash, blended over it entirely with Brushed Corduroy Distress Oxide and distressed the edges with Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide Ink.
I then heat embossed my sentiment in white powder and fussy cut it out. I adhered my circle to my panel with liquid adhesive, then adhered my wolf and sentiment with foam tape.
I finished my card off by adhering a few brown and gold sequins, and adhering my card to an A2-sized card base!
