Hi there, Christine here with a slimline card that was inspired by another card by the Miss Ink Design Team (I can't find it at the moment), but I thought it would be fun to create Magical House Ornaments.
I made a watercolor background on watercolor paper and then cut it into a slimline panel (3.5 by 8.5). I then set to work die cutting lots of ornament shapes with dies in my stash and the Miss Ink Shield and Crest die set.
I combed my stash for metallic and glitter cardstock in the house colors and did multiple rounds of die cutting.
I think the photo above shows how glittery a lot of cardstock is. I drew bows and strings for each ornament and added a sentiment from the Season's Greetings stamp set.
