Hello! It's Kari with a Magic Storybook Castle card to share AND a video on how to make this dreamy magical background.

I was inspired by a pop-up book for this card....and I wanted that Magical castle to represent that. See how it's "popping" up from the storybook?!
I started creating the background using some very fun techniques, including ink blending, mica spray in glossy paste through a stencil, foundry wax shimmer, and white pigment ink through a stencil. I used the Floral Wave Offset stencil for that dreamy background!
The castle is from the Magical World stamp set and the open book image is from Storybook Alice stamp set.
I also brought in the Magic Stars die set to add some glittery silver stars to that background!
Those silvery metallic splatters are just gorgeous in real life!
